Mitchell Gallagher Attorneys Robert Gallagher, Gary Weber, Bret Southard, Sean Roman and Rebecca Penn were recently recognized by the Lycoming Law Association for their 2010 participation in the Lycoming County Pro Bono Referral Program. At the annual banquet, each received the 2010 Fair Share Award for accepting one or more cases referred by North Penn Legal Services.
Each year, the Association recognizes those of its membership who have volunteered to provide legal services to the poor. Mitchell Gallagher attorneys participate in the Protection From Abuse Panel and also accept general litigation referrals from Legal Services.
All Mitchell Gallagher attorneys accept pro-bono cases from North Penn Legal Services. The firm strives for 100% participation in the Association's program, recognizing its obligation to provide legal services to those who find themselves in need counsel, and without the resources to pay.
