Mitchell Gallagher Attorney Bob Gallagher was recently honored for his service to North Central Sight Services. At the annual awards dinner, Mr. Gallagher was recognized for many years of service on the board of directors of the organization. He received the Outstanding Service Award "for improving the quality of life for persons who are blind by giving many hours of time" to the organization and for providing "positive leadership" that made it possible for NCSS to "grow, change and improve our organization."
