Third and Market Streets in downtown Williamsport, Pennsylvania. |

From the North. Follow U.S.
Route 15 south to the Route 15 south/Market Street Bridge exit. Exit to the right.
On the exit ramp turn to the left at the
traffic light, on to Market Street. Just over a block later, at the
next traffic light, you will see the Mitchell Gallagher building
on the north-west corner of the intersection of Third and Market
Streets. (Note, Third Street is a one-way street, in an eastward
direction.

From the South. Follow U.S.
Route 15 north to the Market Street Bridge, crossing the Susquehanna
River. Continue straight across the Bridge into downtown Williamsport.
The second traffic light is at the intersection of Third and Market Streets
and the Mitchell Gallagher office is located on the
north-west corner of the intersection. (Note, Third Street is a one-way
street, in an eastward direction.

From the East. Using
Interstate 80, take the second Williamsport exit, to U.S. Route 15 and
follow the directions from the South.

From the West. Traveling on
Interstate 80, take the Lock Haven exit on to U.S. Route 220 north.
Follow Route 220 to Williamsport and take the Route 15
exit. Follow the directions from the North.

Parking.
The closest off-street parking is found in two garages on either
side of Third Street, between William and Pine Streets, about one block West
of the Mitchell Gallagher office. Note that Third
Street is one-way, eastward, however, the next street, Fourth Street is
one-way westward and can be used to circle to the parking garages.
